Every Customer Purchase Orders
is subject to the terms and conditions listed below and all
additional
terms and conditions presented on or accompanying a Trinity
Telecom or EMIT Quality Services Quotation or Firm Price
Quote.
Payment terms:
- Payment terms are due within 30 days of completion and
subject to a 1% finance charge beyond 21 days.
Quotes:
- Quotes are based on a predetermined timeframe typically stated
on each quote, starting upon receipt of all materials, P.O.
and potential deposit.
- Upon written request, additional work will be quoted promptly
based on installation, materials, engineering, requested intervals
and may result in adjusted complete dates.
- Additional work requests may result in adjusted installation
complete dates. If the installation complete date is effected
by a project change, a new date will be negotiated with the
customer.
- Multiple trips to the job site, site readiness issues, rework
due to defective, incorrect or lack of customer supplied information
or materials could result in additional charges.
- Installation interval may be shortened upon written request,
however expedite charges may apply.
Standard Workload Statement: - With 2 week notice, Trinity Telecom can support concurrent tasks
requiring up to 300 man-hours per week with core team staffing
- With 30 day notice, Trinity Telecom can support an additional 100
man-hours per week at the estimated rates.
- Should the client require a level of effort exceeding these levels,
requiring Trinity Telecom to respond with extended workweek support
using core staff, Trinity Telecom reserves the right to charge 1.5
times the agreed upon core team rate for the extended work week hours.
These terms and conditions replace any prior or simultaneous agreements
written or verbalized. Any changes of these terms and conditions
must be in writing and signed by Trinity Telecom or EQS.
